Setup is usually quick once we have your business details and payment-processing information. We will test the payment flow before you send your first link.
No. The customer receives a text, opens the secure link, and completes the payment in their phone’s browser.
Text to Pay is designed primarily for individual payment requests. If you need recurring billing, we can discuss whether another payment setup is more appropriate.
Payment requests are sent through your configured business texting system, which you can access from your phone without using your personal number.
Available branding and payment-page options depend on the connected processor. We will configure the supported business details and branding during setup.
Usually, yes. Deposits can generally be directed to your existing business bank account through the connected payment processor.
Settlement timing depends on the payment processor, bank, transaction, and account status. We will explain the expected payout schedule during setup.
A payment can fail because of a declined card, incorrect information, or a processor issue. You can send a new link after the customer resolves the problem, and we can help investigate configuration issues.
